crewOS secures $1.25M in funding as customer growth accelerates

crewOS, an all-in-one industrial field service management platform, has secured $1.25 million in funding to accelerate growth and support its rapidly expanding customer base. This capital combines investments from two funding rounds, with the second round led by Far Out Ventures.

Far Out Ventures is a venture capital firm based in California and known for backing high-potential founders with deep domain expertise. Investors from the crewOS’s initial round of funding, including Tony Summerville, John Burdett, and First Avenue Ventures, also returned for the most recent round, further reinforcing their confidence in crewOS’s vision and trajectory.

“We back founders with deep domain expertise, a relentless focus on customers, and a track record of execution,” said Far Out Ventures General Partner Ian Hathaway. “The crewOS team delivers on all three. They’re tackling a large, underserved industrial field services market with a solution that’s practical today and transformative for the future. We’re proud to support their mission to modernize a sector that has been overlooked for too long.”

crewOS CEO Jarrod Glasgow stated that with the closing of the most recent round of funding, they continue to have the capital they need for the momentum they have built towards significant growth in 2026.

“This funding illustrates the hard work our team has done to get crewOS to a place that shows the value we bring to our customers,” said Glasgow. “Our investors deeply believe in our mission to improve the lives of those working in the field day in and day out, and this capital allows us to continue towards our goal of becoming the go to platform in industrial field service.”

crewOS has seen significant customer traction in 2025. In the past year, crewOS onboarded Morgan Engineering, a leading crane company with divisions in Ohio, Michigan, and Texas, as well as Detroit Stoker Company, a major player in industrial equipment. Having these companies join the crewOS platform signals not only the continued strong adoption within the crane industry but also expansion into adjacent industrial markets such as pumps, fans, and heavy equipment.

For crewOS customers, the value lies in centralizing critical operations like scheduling, inspections, work orders, and expense tracking into one system to replace outdated spreadsheets, manual workflows, and disconnected tools. This streamlined approach enables companies to scale faster, improve profitability, and strengthen customer trust.

“Detroit Stoker Company is excited to partner with crewOS as we modernize the way we schedule and manage service visits,” said Detroit Stoker Company Service Manager Jacob Vuillemot. “We believe this innovative platform will help streamline how our Service Consultants document findings, record equipment issues, and complete inspection reports. We look forward to improving efficiencies across our workflows and to continuing our collaboration with the crewOS team.”
